Bon bah here it go again ... New travel, new blog. We really appreciated being able to share with you our trip to Thailand last year then do it again for our next trip to the USA!
Why this destination? After Thailand, several ideas have touched us travel ...
Return to Asia? Michael dreams of seeing the temples of Angkor in Cambodia, and we are not satiated with lush rice paddies, beautiful smiles, villages, beaches of dreams, landscapes ... so why not a combined Cambodia / Vietnam?
Or, another country that really attracts us with its historic sites and its beaches, Mexico? Or downright
South America, but where?
Or closer to home in Egypt or Greece ... ?
Well no, actually, we got carried away towards the American Dream, to make a trip that eventually everyone dream a little: The West, with its breathtaking canyons, deserts, western cities, its dinners with red leatherette banquettes and ketchup on the table, his huge trucks, cars monstrous big as 5 Twingo, its armed bikers , casinos, its redwood forests, lost in the corners of zero share with just one road that goes straight, its red rocks, its suspension bridges ...
short, like in the movies: o) So here
, fixed it, was the first evidence that we will do all alone!
We started by preparing an itinerary that fits with our 2 week trip, then we bought our plane tickets, rented our car through the internet, booked our hotels, bought lots of cards (for the American West, c is great!) and shoo! Check
September 5 towards San Francisco
Back September 20 Phoenix
meantime: 2600 km, 4 states (California, Nevada, Utah and Arizona), and amazing memories to share with you, you are guaranteed!
